Learn new, accessible and fun music activities for all your students in this interactive workshop presented by leading music educator James Madsen. Catering for all teachers (no music experience necessary), James shares popular and sure-success songs, dances and activities based on his popular Jam On Toast concert and teaching resources.
Be inspired to add simple dance, movement and body percussion activities, grow in confidence with creative and improvisation activities, plus add instruments with these songs in your classroom. Also learn simple ways to develop songs into wonderful repertoire for beginner choirs. Educators will come away with some great ideas on how to cover a range of skills and musical concepts through well-sequenced activities, with links made to the NSW K-6 school curriculum.
