Whilst working from home is a unique situation we find ourselves in due to COVID-19, we are cognisant that you all remain not only well but safe over this time. Please be aware that NECOM has a comprehensive Working from Home policy which is available from our website if you would like to access it.

In summary however, it is important that we use our best judgement and best efforts to keep ourselves and others safe, therefore we ask that you review your working environment at home and ensure that;

• You take reasonable care for your own health and safety and the health and safety of other persons who enter your home/studio during work hours.
• You notify your direct manager if your working conditions may cause any risk to your health and safety so they can be rectified.
• If you have an accident or injury while working from home, you must report to your direct manager as soon as possible.
• As previously reiterated, regular contact with your manager is a critical part of any working from home arrangement, so please remain in regular contact with any updates to timetables, students or issues.

Most of all, stay well.
