Students of Joanna Fairs- Wu, Emily Thompson (Year 11, HSC violin student) and Will Rowe- Dawson (Year 12, HSC viola student) in zoom lessons held this week with the internationally esteemed pedagogue Dr Robin Wilson, Resident Violin Faculty at the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) in Melbourne. These lessons are courtesy of the Australian Digital Concerto Hall’s Outreach Program. What a wonderful opportunity to be given such expert advice about stylistic and historically informed preparation of their pieces in preparation for HSC performance exams and future auditions.
